Refund & Return Policy
At [Store Name], customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist with returns and refunds subject to the following terms:
Return Eligibility
- Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to return eligible item(s) for a refund.
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
- Items that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or misuse may not be eligible for a refund.
Refund Request Process
Before returning any item(s), customers must first submit a refund request by email.
To initiate a refund request:
- Take clear photos of the item(s) you wish to return.
- Email the photos along with your order number and reason for the return to the email address listed at the bottom of your packing slip.
- Wait for return authorization and instructions from our customer service team before sending your item(s) back.
Returns sent without prior approval may experience delays or may not qualify for a refund.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for packages lost in transit.
Refund Processing
- Once the returned item(s) are received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account after it has been processed.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Items not in their original condition
