Refund & Return Policy

At [Store Name], customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist with returns and refunds subject to the following terms:

Return Eligibility

  • Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to return eligible item(s) for a refund.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or misuse may not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Request Process

Before returning any item(s), customers must first submit a refund request by email.

To initiate a refund request:

  1. Take clear photos of the item(s) you wish to return.
  2. Email the photos along with your order number and reason for the return to the email address listed at the bottom of your packing slip.
  3. Wait for return authorization and instructions from our customer service team before sending your item(s) back.

Returns sent without prior approval may experience delays or may not qualify for a refund.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for packages lost in transit.

Refund Processing

  • Once the returned item(s) are received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account after it has been processed.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Items not in their original condition
